It's important to identify what matters most to you in life and use that as a foundation for everything you do. As a mental health therapist, I have worked with clients to help them discover their unique value system. By understanding your values, you can make decisions that are in line with your authentic self and live a more meaningful life.
In these 50-minute private sessions, we work together with your value tree to help you recognize where you might be stuck and how you can become aware of your values in a way that helps you discover your best self.
